Despite dropping points in successive games Clonmel Celtic's destiny remain in their own hands after a 2-2 draw in Cahir on Tuesday evening. This was a game played at a fast pace and the result was in the balance up until the final minutes. It was the home side that opened the scoring with Josh Davey firing home a free kick but a Cillian Fitzgerald strike had Celtic level at the break. Celtic started the second half well and Cillian Fitzgerald scored again to put Celtic in front. They couldn't hold on though and Keelan Darcy levelled for Cahir with 15 minutes remaining. The result leaves Celtic needing maximum points from their last two games to claim the title.
