Clonmel Celtic won the Division 1 Youths Shield on Saturday with a resounding 5-2 against Borris. Celtic went 1 down but stormed back into the game and goals from Cillian Fitzgerald (2), Luke Hannigan (2) and Brandon Treacy put them into a commanding 5-1 lead before Borris got a consolation. After just coming up short in the league it was nice to finish the season with a bit of silverware. Well done to Jonathan, John and the squad for their efforts this season.

After a flying start in their first games Clonmel Celtic U12s were well beaten when they went to Bansha on Saturday going down to a 6-0 defeat. The U12b were also beaten losing out on a 3-2 scoreline to St Michaels B with Billy Greene and Charlies O'Brien on target for Celtic.
