Clonmel Celtic Youths suffered a blow to their title hopes after crashing 4-2 to Cahir Park on Saturday. Celtic started well and a fine strike from Cillian Fitzgerald put them 1-0 up. However poor defending was a feature of Celtic's play and a sloppy mistake allowed Josh Davey equalise before the break. Celtic were punished early in the second half for giving the ball away too cheaply and Conor Collins and Tiernan Power scored to put Cahir well in control.  Cillian Fitzgerald gave Celtic hope when he brought it back to 3-2 but again Celtic lost possession and Josh Davey took full advantage to score and leave the final score 4-2 in Cahir's favour.
